Eclipse

For the hell of it. The most complex RP I've made that no one ever decided to join. Maybe this time things will change O.o

For those who do not know, this RP was made a while ago, but sadly, only a few ppl bothered to join. Well, because we have a few more new ppl, why not try and revive it?

This one os going to be a more complex than the one before, so be sure not to be confused.

K' before i begin with the description, i want u to know that this is actually a story i was thinking about writing, but i never had the time to write it. well enough if that lets here the description

RACES

This story starts out in a world where there are 5 forms of races: Humans, Demons, Vampires, Espers and Angels.

Humans are the most common race in this world. They are the rulers of the planet and said the be the most superior. Humans are the only race that does not posses mist energy (described later). Humans are broken down into different species they are:

Man (the most common, leaders of the imperial continent)
Dwarfs (very uncommon, live in burrows, but are still considered equal to man)
Elves (a very rare species, lives in forest even though they contain no myst energy)

Demons are not commonly scene in this world mostly because they hid in small villages or travel in small packs. They are said to be inferior to humans and are scene as trash. Demons contain myst energy and can use that energy to create myst weapons (also described later). Demons are broken down into a variety of species, but are easily demonstrated as 3 different species

Animal Demons (demons that also posses the power of an animal. when they transform, they take in more attributes of the chosen species)
Mystical Demons (demons that look just like a normal man human, but posses myst energy and a mystic transformation)

Vampires are a certain race of themselves. They can either be born as on through genetic traits, or when a vampire drinks the blood of another race, they soon posses the power of a vampire themselves.
Noraml Vampire This vampire is the weakest out of the other two, they are like your normal horror movie vampires.

Solar/Vampire This special breed of vampire can tolerate the sunlight without death from the sun, they tend to be very pale and give off diamond shivers in the sunlight, thats why they tend to go out during the night. Solar Vampires have in human strength and can hide in the light as if it were shadow. Though if they do not use their special power they will give off shimmers like a diamond. Are either born pure or turned from a human Like all vampires they require blood to sustain life.

Eclipse/Vampire This breed of vampire is the darkest of the vampire race in there origin though if you get to know one he or she may not be such a bad person. This breed can tolerate the sunlight but however they do not shimmer, they prefer to life in the sun to the night, however they can roam in the dark. Eclipse vampires can bend the shadows to there will. Also they have un rivialed speed, and strength, though there strength is not equal to that of a Solar Vampire, However a Eclipse Vampire may have more strength if He or She is older then the Solar vamp their fighting. Tend to have pale skin, and black hair. They are born pure and not turned.
Like all vampires they require blood to sustain their life.

Angels are the rarest race of the three and are said to be extinct. They last sighting of an angel was over 500 yrs ago. they are said to live in hidden villages outside of any contact from the outside world. Since they have not been scene in a long time, there is no description of how they look like or what powers they posses except that they do posses mist energy. there is only reference of 3 forms of angel species

Espers are not creatures that can be found wondering around the planet. They are aquired by means of summons through another dimension. There are three forms of Esper species.

Eidolons (summoned Espers that are used to aid in battle. Only a spellcaster with the power of summoning can summon an Eidolon to help in battle)
Devils (Spiritual Espers that cannot be scene with the naked eye. They are ritual summoned and placed into summoning dolls. Not much description on what summoning dolls are)
Orcs (Espers that are summoned through bloody rituals. Unlike their Devil counterparts, they already posses a body by the bloody ritual of sacrificing dozens of dead rotting bodies. They barely posses any mind of themselves and are considered Brutes)

WEAPONS

There are three types of weapons. Human made, Demon made, and angel made

Human made weapons:
normal weapons, can be found anywhere. posses no extra power at all

Demon made Weapons:
posses mist energy to give or enchance mist energy to the user. can be found sometimes in human stores, but are still very rare to find.

Angel made weapons:
the most confusing type of weapons. seems to posses no mist energy, but sucks up mist energy if the user does have some. said to be useless and said that they are no different than human made weapons

Weapons availible are:

Short ranged like swords, broad swords, great swords, katanas, ninja swords, daggers, poles, staffs, rods, spears, hammers, and maces.

long ranged like: bows and arrows, cross bows, shurikens, kunai knives.
CLASSES

Classes are used to describe what form of fighting style you use. They are:

Fighter (a class that uses different physical damage more than mystical/magickal)

Mages (class that use magickal energy to fight)

Traditional Mages: Mages that use magick to attack and defend. rarely uses physical damage

Combat Mages: Mages that combine magick with myst energy to attack and defend. They also use the magick individually

Summon Mages: Mages that use Magick or Oni Cards to summon Eidolons onto the field

MYST
Myst is an unknown energy that is given to only dose who posses either demon or angel blood. Myst allows the user to perform black and white magick. It also allows the user to increase their attack, defense, resistance, agility, speed, and can also allow the user to jump higher than normal

MAGICK
Magick is an elemental non-physical form of attack or defense. There are two different types of magick: black and white

Black Magick: Magic used to attack opponents.

White Magick: Magic the heals or prevents damage to the user or other allies.

TRANSFORMATIONS

Transformations is a form of mystical energy that enchances the user transforming. Demons seem to be the only ones that transform, but historical background talks of Angels haveing this ability too.

And at last, the story^^

STORY

In this world, where Man controls all, life consist of what you where born as. If you were born as anything besides a human, you are considered inferior and should not show your face to the higher representatives. This world is controlled by a man known as Lord Munt. His words are law and he decides judgement. Still, because he is a man, he discriminates on demons and angels (if he found any). Because of this, there are demons, and even some humans, that do not like the way he rules. These rebels, or nepals, attempt to destroy the power of Lord Munt and his followers. Of course, this task has never succeeded because the fortress where Lord Munt stays in is filled with soldiers who shoot any who come close. So the nepal had to learn how to get stronger, so they choose to use the power of myst energy to help them out. Alas, Lord Munt knew of this and hired groups of mercanaries to kill those who he believes are nepals. Each group is different and numbered by their power. Of course, one group is said to be used for those who have the power to defeat the other groups. This group is referred to as, the top 10, or the big 10. But to the nepals, they are known as The 10 Blades. So this is the universal story that continues, a powerful group of nepals comes, and the sinister 10 Blades takes them down. If only there was a new type of power that could end htis madness...

Background: She grew up in a small village that was populated by a variety of Angels and Demons. When she was 8, a soldier of Lord Munt was found dead near the village, and because of false suspicion, Lord Munt had the village burned to the ground. Luna survived as well with her brother, but they where soon separated from the flames. Luna was adopted by a marital artist/black smith who taught Luna how to use her myst energy as well as using some forms of magick. When she was 16, her adopted father was killed by a soldier who wanted to steal his legendary katana. As the soldier was about to kill Luna, Luna used her powers that she was taught to defeat that soldier. Luna then decided to travel and help the small villages that were attacked by Lord Munt's soldiers with the help of her sensei's angelic katana.
Appearance: Long black hair that goes down to her back. half of her face is covered by her hair, so the other half, including her eye, cannot be seen.

Background: He grew up with Luna as a child, but when he was 9, he found himself in a deserted village. He traveled the next 2 months by himself until a traveler found him tired, and close to death. He brought him into his home and taught him martial arts. Sol learned fast and was also able to train with the mans son and daughter. When he was 16, though, Sol's sensei was asked to go on a journey, but was tricked in order to do a suicide mission for Lord Munt in order for him to get more land. Sol, as well with his two comrades, traveled together looking for a new home, but could never find one. When Sol was 17, the daughter of his sensei, Altima, decided to run off and find herself a job of her own, making Sol realize that he hated this world and would like to change it. He now travels trying to destroy Lord Munt
Appearance: Long white hair that goes down to his back. Half of his face is covered by his hair, allowing his left eye to be covered.

Background: Grew up with her brother and father. Meet Sol when she was 9 and always trained with him and her brother. When she was 16, her father was killed and she had no choice but to travel with her brother and Sol. When she was 17, she left them Sol and her brother, Ultimo, to find work. As she traveled, she was surrounded by soldiers of Munt to do indescribable things to them. She of course fought back, and one of them was please of how she fought and decided to tell Lord Munt. She was asked to be a mercanary. As she trained as a mercanary, she became strong enough to be in the Ten Blades. She is now number 4 of the 10 and is known as Altima, the Punisher.
Appearance: Long grey hair. She has long cloak the almost drags to the floor.

Background: Not much is known about Ervik. He was one of the first members of the 10 Blades and has been part of it for 50 yrs. His real name is unknown, so he is referred to as Number One of the 10 Blades, Ervik the Shinigami. His name comes from Death God, meaning he can easily take life away

Background: Not much is truly known of Dytar, though it is known that he is one of the last of the Demons of the Void. A large force from Lord Munt assaulted the village of the Void killing almost every single one of them. Dytar was said to be the only one to have survived. He has a great hatred towards humans and Lord Munt especially, saying it his life’s mission to destroy the foul lord. He can be almost zealous at times and will charge forward into battle without a second thought of his own life but is very caring and protective of those he considers his friends which are very limited. Altogether the most fearsome thing about him is when he is transformed which he highly rarely ever does, though no one knows why he doesn’t like to transform.

Weapon: Her magic (she has an enchanted crystal of light (White Magick in her left hand and an enchanted crystal of dark Black Magick in her right hand, giving her the ability to use magic, silver chain in her hair to amplify both).
Background: Aranel is a gifted magic user among her kind. She has lived with her kind, isolated from the troubles bought about by King Munt. She is close friends with Séregon. Recently news of the happenings outside their forest has come to the two of them and neither is comfortable with staying here in relative safety. They have decided to venture out to find the napal, or at least Aranel wanted to join, Séregon was coming to watch her back.

Background: Séregon’s valley where he’d lived among his own kind was destroyed by a natural disaster; volcano erupted (not so natural, Lord Munt was behind the cause of the eruption). He’d survived but had been unable to locate any of his kind since the event. He eventually came across a forest village of elves who took him in, he hiding that fact that he was of angel kind, has stayed there becoming a part of the village to this very day. Duty is important to him, he doesn’t mind fighting, and his personality can come across as cold at times. Séregon is going along with Aranel when she leaves the forest village of the elves that has sheltered him for so long, his sense of duty states that he can’t let the female elf go alone, and his also rather fond of her.

He was born from the shadows of the underworld and they have forever been his comrade.

Chaugall, uhh, i though about it and 700 yrs old does seem a tad too much. Lower it down a bit. I dont want immortal beings in this world xP and I need a position for ur 10 Blade too.

Background: Hurst gets his nickname becuase he slays people in The 10 Blades. Hurst was born as a vampire,all his life he drank blood to keep him alive but each night the faces of his victims huanted his dreams. He killed his family one night from his thirst for blood. When his blood frenzy was over he realized what he had done and packed up and left with important things that he needed and his fathers demonic katana. But now Hurst tries to make up for his sins.
Appearance: Hurst has black hair that goes down to his shoulders and wears clothes that make him blend in with the people around him that way he can slay a member of The 10 Blades and run away unnoticed.

Narrator: The world of Mevasocd, or Meva, is a world controlled by a powerful ruler that only wishes for his race to succeed. For the past 1000 years, the Munt family has ruled over Meva and they have only shown greed, and sins. Is there any who can stop this madness...

The skies where blacken by complete darkness with the only forms of light being from the stars. The air was cold and moved silently through the planet. There was no movement of any form of life anywhere around a 50 mile radius, so it seemed. It was as though the world had stopped. There was however, movement in a large tower, and there was light. Inside the castle was sounds of gunfire towards someone struggling to survive. The intruder was wearing dark cloth and its hair allowed no one to see its face. The only part of the intruder that could be seen was a smile that did not look like it was fading away. The world stood still, the skies where black, and an intruder was being killed, with a smile on its face. This is the world of Meva...

Luna awoke with a shook. It seemed that she was having a terrible dream. She felt movement of her hand and moved it to her face, wiping the hair away. Her hair was a fine dark/purple color and it moved smoothly to the back of her head. She rose and part of her hair covered her right eye, she did not move it though. She looked around and saw that she was sleeping in an abandoned house. It was dusty with old and worn out furniture. She looked out of a window and saw a blacken sky. It was still dark, but she was no longer tired. As she looked out, her mind started wondering

"Nii-sama," She whispered towards the stars, "Where are you?"

Altima passed through the halls of the great castle. The walls illuminated by hundreds of torches with great blue flames. Altima had long silver hair that reached the top of her shoulders. She looked angry as she passed the halls.

"Dammit!" She yelled in fury, "where the hell is he?"

**Secluded Forest Valley**

*In the insides of a house, one that was a living tree on the outside, the inhabitant of this house finishes packing. Her friend watching her with concerned eyes from the side wall.*

Séregon: Aranel...are you sure? I mean it’s so sudden; don't you want to think about this for a bit longer? *Concern for his friend can be heard in his voice.*

Aranel: Its time to stop talking and actually do Séregon. You agree, we can't just stay idle, protected by our forest home...while all those horrible things continue to happen. We must act.

*Séregon stops his last ditch effort to change his friends mind, in truth the happenings else where bothered him to, but he didn't want it to touch Aranel, but it looked as if he could do little more than go with her and watch her back.*

**Great Castle**

*Roip enters the great castle, home to the Munts and the blades. He'd just returned from some fun, and blood still splattered his form of which he cared little. He was still enjoying the rent flesh and the screams of terror that he'd inspired. If he truly thought about it, this past night had been a work of art even for him.*

Ervik laid asleep in the Grand Hall that was made for the 10 Blades. The entire room was higher the 3 stories and it had enough room to fit close to a thousand people. Ervik peeked one eye open and saw Roip walk into the room with a pleased expression. Ervik knew that this meant his hunts have gone well and he saw enough blood shed.

"A pleasing look, that. I assume that your travels towards the High Realms was a success?" Ervik asked while giving a large yawn.

Hurst wakes up from his nap to see that he has wandered during his sleep into a forest.
"Ugh, not again." says Hurst,"Why do I keep doing this, well i guess i better find my way back to my house."
So Hurst starts to head back back.

**Secluded Forest Valley**

*Aranel and Séregon had finished packing and had been traveling since dawn. The two make a good pace, comfortable with pace the pleasant silence that they travel in. Both are savoring the sounds of this section of the forest, as they know it could be a while before they return.*

**Great Castle**

*Roip grins, his fangs flashing as he looks over to their first, Ervik. His careful to always acknowledge Ervik, after all he was the strongest of their number.*

Roip: You presume correct *he looks around* any changes since my departure?

*Roip refers to any new orders of killing or destruction from the Munts.*

Hurst finally gets to his house that is seculded in the middle of the forest, that way if he gets the urge to feed he will feed on animals and not humans.
"Well I guess I could see if I could find anything to eat, and if not, well I guess i could try to find someone to socialize with." said Hurst.

**Secluded Forest**

*As Aranel and Séregon travel, they leave behind their valley and head out into the forest proper. After some time Séregon holds his hand up, indicating that his listening. Aranel raises an eyebrow at him in enquiry.*

Séregon: I thought I heard a voice on the wind...but it did not sound again...

Aranel: Well we can't travel without coming across someone, why don't we head in that direction?

*It wasn't truly a question as Aranel and already headed off in the direction that Séregon had indicated the sound came from. They two move towards Hurst and his house.*

Hurst hears Seregon and Aranel coming up towards him and quickly jumps up into a tree to hide, just to make sure that they are nepals or 10 blades. As they walk up Hurst realizes that they are not part of the 10 Blades and jumps down in front of the with his hand on his swords hilt still wary of them.

"Who are you?" asked Hurst.

**Secluded Forest**

*Aranel is a few paces in front of Séregon when a man with black hair that goes down to his shoulders jumps in front of her from a tree - Hurst. Not having ever come across a Vampire before she doesn't recognise his species. Started she stops in her tracks, her left hand going to her chest in a gesture of startlement.*

Aranel: Oh my...*she blurts in her surprise.*

*Séregon had started to move the instant that Hurst leapt from the tree, in a matter of seconds his placed himself between Hurst and Aranel, his hand on his own hilt.*

Séregon: You answer first, we are not the ones leaping from trees. *Séregon states in answer to Hurst's questions.*

Aranel: Séregon, really I see no harm in introducing ourselves. *Doing as she pleases, Aranel stands beside Séregon.*

Aranel: I'm Aranel and this is my companion Séregon, and you are?

*Séregon does not relax his stance, unlike Aranel, he knows full well that a vampire stands before them. His eyes do not leave Hurst.*

"My name is Hurst." he answered, while keeping his eyes on Seregon.

((Yeah, thats what I meant, why?))

***Mercenary Hall***

Ervik lifted himself so that he sat up on the couch, one eye still closed from his tiresomeness.

"Not much large game, the other members are hunting down minuscule nepals that are only worth a handful of money." Ervik laid back down onto the sofa and let out a large yawn. "As for Munt, is seems that he's been trying to acquire the area thats bellow this nation. I'd really like to see how that situation unfolds."


***Secluded Forest***

Luna wondered out of the shabby house and into the darkness that was a dark forest. Luna looked around for a few seconds, and then headed through the old forest. The forest, she assumed, was probably a small village owned by elves, but they must have migrated out. The reason why was completely blunt to Luna. She looked through several secluded houses t see if she could find some answers.

**Secluded Forest**

Aranel: Well met than Hurst...*before she can continue, Séregon had cut her off, Séregon hardly ever does that and Aranel pays more attention to the situation. Perhaps there was danger she hadn't recognised?*

Séregon: What business do you have with us Hurst the vampire? *Séregon deliberately states what Hurst is for Aranel's benefit. At least he hopes she'll understand that this situation was far from normal.*

**Great Castle - Mercenary Hall**

*Roip flops down in a cushion designed for him.*

Roip: Those napals are week fools hardly worth the effort of hunting...bah why don't they discover some power so that we can relish their disintegration. *Roip cleans his teeth as he speaks.*

*Roip's ears stand up as he hears the news of Munt trying to acquire more territory.*

Roip: And how pray tell is Munt going about this new acquisition? *Roip is thinking that some fun could be had in Munt's new venture.*

"Maybe I should ask you the same you are on my property." stated Hurst.
"Plus well done figuring I'm a vampire. I was wonder how long it would take."

**Secluded Forest**

*Aranel is unsure of the situation, she knew that vampires were dangerous but didn't know much more of that.*

Aranel: Séregon? *she states in a small voice, hoping he knew how to proceed.*

Séregon: In that case, point in the direction that leads off your property and we'll be on our way.

*Séregon still with one hand on his hilt, places the other in front of Aranel and guides her to stand behind him. He knew that she was feeling unsure. He didn't care that this action would tell the vampire volumes about him.*
